Keep
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Gently wipe metal, pearls, and stones with a clean, dry cloth after wear.

Our pieces are made for long-term wear. If yours needs restringing or repair, contact the studio with a photograph and your order information. We will advise you on the next step.

Every order is prepared individually in our Los Angeles studio. The details below set clear expectations while preserving the care of a small-batch process.
Dispatch
In-stock pieces typically leave the studio within 2–4 business days. Customized lengths and made-to-order work may require additional time; timing will be confirmed with you.
Delivery
U.S. shipping starts at $6.90 and is free on orders of $200 or more. International shipping is $19.90 and is free on orders of $300 or more. Tracking is sent when your order departs. International taxes and duties, when prepaid, are included in the total shown at checkout.
Returns
Contact the studio within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Unworn, standard-length pieces may be returned; customized, altered, worn, and final-sale pieces cannot. Original shipping is nonrefundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
