Keep
Store each piece separately in a soft pouch, away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight. Gently wipe metal, pearls, and stones with a clean, dry cloth after wear.

Our pieces are made for long-term wear. If yours needs restringing or repair, contact the studio with a photograph and your order information. We will advise you on the next step.

Every order is prepared individually in our Los Angeles studio. The details below set clear expectations while preserving the care of a small-batch process.
Dispatch
In-stock pieces typically leave the studio within 2–4 business days. Customized lengths and made-to-order work may require additional time; timing will be confirmed with you.
Delivery
Tracking is sent when your order departs. Domestic and international delivery times vary by destination. Duties and local import fees, when applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns
Unworn, standard-length pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customized, altered, worn, and final-sale pieces cannot be returned. Contact AMOR FATI before sending anything back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
